Welcome to ALGAM IBÉRICA HOLDING (hereinafter, "Algam Ibérica"). To ensure efficient and orderly management of orders, it is essential that the following conditions are taken into account, which constitute the applicable terms and conditions of sale.
The buyer must accept and strictly comply with these conditions. Any violation of the provisions detailed here by any of the parties will be considered a breach of contract.

After making a purchase you will receive:
- Order confirmation with net price.
- Proforma invoice (if necessary).
- Delivery note with the delivery material.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
When placing your order, please indicate which of the following payment conditions you prefer. The available options are as follows:
1. First operations: Prepayment via Proforma Invoice (bank transfer) or purchase with POS from our B2B.
2. Regular:
Prepayment: 1.5% discount.
Prompt payment: 2-7 day payment with 1.5% discount.
Up to €500: 30 days
Between €500 and €1,500: 30-60 days
More than €1,500: 30-60-90 days
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders must be processed through the Algam Ibérica website. For orders by telephone, email or other format, a handling fee of €9.90 will be charged.
MATERIAL SHIPPING
The material ordered through this website will be supplied within 1 to 7 calendar days depending on the company and availability. Algam Ibérica will only collect or deliver orders to our client's professional address. It will not deliver or collect material from private homes unless the dropshipping service is paid for (cost of €6.90 per order). If you do not receive your order within the indicated period, please contact soporte@algamiberica.com.
SHIPPING
Shipping of material will be done with postage paid from a minimum purchase of €300. If this minimum amount is not reached, a postage of €9.90 per order will be applied. Algam Ibérica will apply a fee of €1.15 for each shipment for transport insurance.
The shipment of material will be regulated by Law 15/2009 of November 11 on the Contract for Land Transport of Goods. Of the aforementioned regulations, the following obligations of the recipient of the shipment are particularly highlighted:
The recipient must register in writing any claim regarding the loss or damage of the order, either with the transport company or the person making the delivery, providing a general description of the problem at the time of receipt. In the case of non-manifest damage and/or loss, reservations must be made within the following seven calendar days of delivery.
Where no reservations are made, it shall be presumed, unless proven otherwise, that the goods were delivered in the condition described in the consignment note.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT IN MATERIAL ORDERS
For any incident related to orders, send an email to soporte@algamiberica.com, including the following information:
- Product reference.
- Invoice number.
- Reason for the claim.
- Photograph or video of the defective or damaged material, if applicable.
- Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a response within a maximum period of 7 business days.
RETURN OF MATERIAL DUE TO FACTORY DEFECTS
The customer is obliged to inspect the material received from Algam Ibérica in order to verify that the shipment is correct, that the material received corresponds to that requested and that there is no cause for disagreement or apparent manufacturing defects.
There is a maximum period of 30 calendar days for the review of the material and its return to Algam Ibérica in cases of disagreement with it. Returns will only be accepted with the following requirements:
- Prior authorization from Algam Ibérica for the return of the material.
- The returned material must include its original packaging, complete and undamaged, as well as all documentation and manuals intact.
- The shipping costs for the return will be paid by Algam Ibérica.
- The refund of the returned material will be made after the review and acceptance of the incident by Algam Ibérica.
RETURN OF MATERIAL DUE TO ORDER ERROR
In the event that the buyer requests a return of material due to an error in the order, it will be subject to the following conditions:
- The return must be approved by Algam Ibérica prior to its shipment.
- The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: RETURNS WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION FOR THE END CUSTOMER
Algam Ibérica will not accept returns of material by the end customer in distance purchases (online) made under the Right of Withdrawal, which allows products to be returned without justification within 14 days of receipt. Any return under this regulation will be managed by the customer who made the sale.
CONSUMER WARRANTY
Algam Ibérica is responsible for covering the 3-year legal guarantee at its own expense. For lack of conformity, in the terms established by the Law on Guarantees for Durable Consumer Goods for all products sold by Algam Ibérica.
The legal guarantee covers exclusively “consumer” customers, in no case “professional” customers in the terms established by the Law. The duration of the guarantee is counted in all cases from the date of invoice from our customer to the end customer.
In order for Algam Ibérica to take charge of a product under warranty, it will be necessary, in all cases, to attach the purchase invoice for the product. If in any case the client grants a commercial guarantee (higher than the legal one), unless expressly authorized by Algam Ibérica, the aforementioned guarantee will be covered by the client who granted it.
Algam Ibérica reserves the right not to address claims under warranty for material sold in the case of undocumented material, or in the case of non-compliance with the conditions established by law to address non-conformities by the end consumer.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANTY
It is essential that the client is informed that consumable accessories, such as patches, strings, batteries, among others, are not covered by the warranty.
In addition, the client must be warned that the acidity of sweat or saliva can damage the lacquer of the instruments, and that, in such cases, the repair is not covered by the warranty. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by exposure to high temperatures or excessive levels of humidity.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
It is essential to provide the customer with instructions for cleaning and maintaining the product, as well as any possible damage resulting from inadequate maintenance.
When the end customer receives the product, it is necessary to obtain a receipt certifying that the item has been inspected and received in perfect condition and working order.
