Transport

Transport is carried out by ON TOUR, only to mainland destinations in Spain and Portugal. For the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, transport will be handled by Agencia Canteras or ERTRANSIT.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total price of the order selected by the customer. For orders of €300 or more, no shipping costs will be applied. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €9.90 (excluding VAT). Additionally, a transportation insurance fee of €1.15 will be charged per shipment.

Order Tracking

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to track your order from your Customer Area in the ‘Orders’ section.

Delivery

The order will be shipped by ON TOUR to the address specified by the customer within 24 to 48 hours (working days) from the time it is prepared.. Delivery times may vary depending on whether the product is shipped from our warehouse in Tarragona or Nantes. For more information, please contact your sales representative.
